Summer of 2009`s all gone!

Aion (MMO) launched in September of 2009 and quite a few Freaks are playing, most of them on Telemachococococos. More info regarding Aion can be found on the forums -> zabkar.net/ff/

Domain cancellation
I`ve decided to forfeit the fictionfreaks.net domain, however the site and forums will still be available at zabkar.net/ff (forums) and zabkar.net/ff/site (this site).
You should already have been redirected to this domain name if you`re reading this.

Site status
Most of the information on the site is out of date and I`ve decided to leave it as is for now. If we ever start swinging around as FF again, I`ll rewamp the whole thing, so for now it`s frozen as a historic landmark.

Gaming & Clan Activity

As far as I know at least, there`s no active Fiction Freaks titled subclan or subgroup anywhere, however groups of us have been known to still be playing Dota, AzureL2, FPS games and probably some have also resorted to wow.

Future plans?
Darkfall`s (MMO) out and Blimp`s playing it vigorously, chopping down every tree and mining them giant boulders with great fervor. However, to my knowledge he`s currently the only FF member active there.

DoTA`s still mine and probably Slitzah`s favorite poison, while Fukthis drops by on occasion. You can find us at #sl2-dota on irc.deltaanime.net daily as well.

Aion`s not out yet as far as I know. Yea that pretty much means that I`ve given up on it, as I`ve no wish to start playing a mediocre MMO at the moment and quite frankly not much time either. However quite a few others are still interested in Aion`s release so if you`re one of them drop by the forums and make yourself read!

L2 & WoW & Lolbatross are uh, yea well that`s all about games I guess.


Site related stuff
- The forums and the site are going to be hosted on the fictionfreaks.net domain at least until February 2010, by then I hope to move the site and forums to my zabkar.net domain. Unless clan activity skyrockets of course, then I can bag out them 20$ again.

- As far as the members page goes, the status is of course not current and I`ll probably remove the `rank images` if I ever get around to it. Also member`s ages are incorrect, since I was `smart` and L2-intoxicated enough to program the logic wrong, aka not based on Birth Dates but Age input. In retrospect though, the images of the members are usually of the age specified, so it`s not all bad if you look at it as a feature.

Hey it`s summer!

The frequency of news is breathtaking ain`t it?
Well, the truth is not much is happening as far as gaming goes. Aion`s been delayed yet again, and god knows when it`ll actually hit the e-shelves. Latest intell suggests a possible 2009 release.

Some of us tried Rohan a bit, but the game turned out to be way too grind oriented for our tastes, so most of us gave up on it rather fast.

Slitzah, Blimp and Seven are still playing DoTA as far as games go, but not much besides it as far as I know.
